W.IN Afterschool Program

Located in Brooklyn, NY the W.I.N. Program is an exciting after-school experience designed to prepare high school students for real-world success through career exploration, recreation, hands-on training, and professional mentorship. Open to all students—and especially encouraged for those managing developmental disabilities who benefit from extra support—W.I.N. helps participants uncover their strengths and build confidence in the workplace.

Students gain paid internship experience with local organizations, developing key professional and communication skills while reflecting on personal growth and habits that impact success.

W.I.N. goes beyond traditional career prep by exploring both professional and vocational paths—from business and technology to skilled trades and hands-on careers that will always be in demand. Students also enjoy free field trips to local businesses and industries, giving them the chance to discover firsthand which professions inspire them most.

Through immersive experiences, mentorship, and real-world exposure, W.I.N. empowers students to find their path, build their network, and step confidently into their future.
